SPACE 2021 health protocol

Given the progress of vaccination campaigns and the improved health situation, events can now be scheduled in September. However, we will still need to impose health protocols. Participants in the expo will need to show a health pass.

 I anticipate my visit at SPACE

All participants are strongly encouraged to come with their Health Pass BEFORE the Show to get a fast access.

Masks will be required in the halls and meeting rooms, and are recommended in the open air. Remember to bring your mask!

 

 How to get your Health pass? 

The pass must show that:

A complete certificate of vaccination:

  • two injections + a delay of 7 days after the date of the 2nd injection,
  • or 1 injection + a delay of 7 days after the date of injection for people infected with Covid-19
  • or a single injection vaccination + a delay of 4 weeks for the vaccine Johnson&Johnson

 

* To date, only vaccines from the Pfizer-BioNTech, AstraZeneca, Moderna and Johnson&Johnson laboratories are currently recognized as valid in France.

Certified negative results with the previous 72 hours:

  • RT-PCR test
  • or antigen test
  • or a self-test performed under the supervision of a health professional

A certificate of recovery from Covid-19:

  • positive RT-PCR or antigen test taken at least 11 days and less than 6 months previously.

 

 You come from a foreign country: what are the conditions for entering France ? 

The entry conditions depends on the  color classification of your country of origin, selon la according to the Covid-19 situation in your country (download the map established by the French Government)

From a GREEN country
European Union Member States, Andorra, Island, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Saint-Marin, Switzerland and Vatican. Saoudi Arabia, Australia, Bahreïn, Brunei, Canada, Chili, Comores, South Korea, United States, Hong-Kong, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Lebanon, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, Ukraine, Uruguay, Vanuatu.

Vaccinated travelers from these countries can enter France freely*.

Unvaccinated travelers provide proof of a negative PCR or antigen test for Covid-19 performed within 72 hours prior to departure for France.

From an ORANGE country
All countries, except those defined as 'Green' and 'Red'.

Vaccinated travelers from these countries can enter France freely*.

Unvaccinated travelers must carry the travel certificate that corresponds to their situation and includes the different compelling reasons applicable to the country of origin, provide a negative PCR test for Covid-19 carried out within 72 hours of departure or a negative antigen test carried out within 48 hours before departure, accept to do an antigen test upon arrival if asked, and respect a 7 days isolation period after their arrival in France.

From a RED country
Afghanistan, South Africa, Algeria, Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Georgia, Indonesia, Iran, Maldives, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Russia, Seychelles, Surinam, Tunisia, Turkey, Guiana.

Vaccinated travelers from these countries can enter France freely*

Unvaccinated travelers must carry the travel certificate that corresponds to their situation and includes the different compelling reasons applicable to the country of origin, provide a negative PCR test an antigen test for Covid-19 carried out within 48 hours of departure, accept to do a manatory antigen test upon arrival, and respect a 10 days isolation period after their arrival in France.

* The vaccines recognized are Pfizer / Comirnaty, Moderna, AstraZeneca / Vaxzevria/Covishield and Johnson & Johnson.

Testing centers on site
Two Covid testing centers will be at your diposal at doors A and D (see their location) from Monday 13 to Thursday 16 September. 

Opening hours:

Monday 13 September: from 11h00 to 18h00 - without appointment

From Tuesday 14 to Thursday 16 September: from 8h00 to 15h00 - without appointment

Waiting period :

Antigen Tests: between 30 and 40 minutes
PCR Tests : within 24h

Costs for international visitors:

Antigen Test : 30€
PCR Test: 50€
