Next to the Organizers Offices, in the " Administration area".
You will find :
- All types of office services : photocopy, fax, word processing, etc.

An accomodation reservation service and information on transport times: H.B.V. will provide all the information you need on hotel reservations, rail and air timetables and has a complete range of leaflets on restaurants and entertainment in and aroud RENNES.
Shuttles for exhibitor's parcels
From 8 am during the 4 days of SPACE, at the exhibitor entrances (B-H), a free shuttlle will transport all your bulky parcels to your halls or outdoor booth.
Cloakroom
There is a cloakroom for your use in the Administration area.
Rooms for meetings, seminars or receptions
- For meeting your customers or representatives
- For organising a party, a reception or a seminar, SPACE can offer rooms accommodating from 30 to 400 people
- For private meetings with your customers, SPACE offers 90 minutes slots, bookable in 15 m² offices for 4 to 5 people or in 30 m² offices

International Club

For the second year running, translation company CARACTERES ETC is offering all SPACE clients a free interpreting service (does not include booth interpreting). This team will be at your service in the International Club centre throughout the four-day exhibition.
They will help you communicate with your international visitors not only in Germain, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese and Flemish, but also in Arabic, Chinese, etc.
